What lessons can we learn from creating a project ? #yoga

During the preparation and creation of a project we have to overcome many doubts and fears. It is a very interesting stage of self exploration. All the tools that we explore during the sessions, our personal practice will be solicited.

In this case I am doing this project alone. So there is no way to run away from challenges, no way to give up. If I throw it in the toilet, the whole project falls apart.

Among the lessons (I will come back to them in detail in the next articles) :

  • A better understanding of what is meant by: "an entrepreneur works day and night. No more weekends, no more holidays". It's not lived quite like that in reality.

  • The stage of preparing and creating a project is like a long meditation. We need to be alert, to notice the thoughts to which we give our attention to that can weigh down our mental health. We return to our breathing calmly, perform a rewarding task and continue.

  • The importance of discipline and the priority of a balanced lifestyle.

  • Identification of limiting beliefs about money, success, etc.

  • The relevance of meditation to make choices according to one's instincts.

  • Persevere, whatever the results, known or unknown. Detachment from action for a result. More experience of the present moment and self exploration.

  • Acting with courage and pragmatism. Knowing how to question one's creative and strategic choices.

  • Knowing how to surround yourself with enthusiastic and inspiring people.

  • Express your needs to your loved ones. "Your encouragement helps me a lot more than you think - thank you", "thank you for being here for me, for taking the time to listen to me - it means a lot" etc.

So, you have an idea of some of the lessons encountered during this incredible adventure.
