Why express yourself?

I could do without drawing

However, every time I do,

Time stops.

A blank page, the first strokes of a pencil

Nothing very conclusive,

30 minutes, hours,

We arrive at the colors,

No way to erase,

The universe makes its work.

I adapt myself.

When I have finally tried everything.

It is time to be satisfied.

To look,

To give thanks.

To draw is to offer your hands to the world,

It is to withdraw to let life reveal its facets,

We become aware that we are its vessel.

We return to childhood,

We let go,

We marvel.

We allow ourselves the freedom to express what is in our hearts

Joy.

Looking them in the face and creating this space for expression requires courage.

We open ourselves and accept what comes,

By giving it life and form

The energy flows.

Lightness.

Delivering ourselves without shame, from the depths of our heart,

Cultivates love without condition,

Compassion,

The recognition of the beautiful in every moment.
