Personal development, film, and spirituality
A Ybe channel to help you in your daily life:
The School Of Life popularizes and illustrates our emotions, our thoughts, our questions about life in society, our fears, married life, friendship etc. These are simple and often comforting teachings. I use them to better understand emotions and to cultivate a benevolent, open and compassionate approach.
A profound film
Waking Life is the most profound film I've seen so far. Here's how I see it: it's not about playing with the viewers' emotions. The visuals are interesting but not aesthetically pleasing either. Everything is about the plot. I approach it with existential questions. The film explores them and proposes a point of view. It's good. It deconstructs the concept of Maya (the Dream). I don't know if this is something you're familiar with. Maybe I'll tell you about it sometime. I have a criticism to share with you about the ending. You have to watch it first.
Spirituality: stasangs.
If you are interested in the "field" of spirituality, and you liked the video Who am I and the book I am That, you should check out Satsangs on Youtube. They are existential questions and answers (about thoughts, emotions, exploration...). I listen to Mooji's in particular. There must be others though.
Nice discoveries to you,
Big kisses,
Thank you.
