Relaxation and awareness
I use different tools/methods. We practice Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and Nidra with inspirations from sophrology, ayurvedic science and so on.
We take this time to create a space between the mind and what is.
In this practice we use the body in a dynamic way to prepare it (energetically) and to prepare ourselves (mentally) to integrate realizations.
I explain in more detail the role of this daily practice.
