Light years away

From notions of time,

Of searches for satisfaction

Of pleasures,

Of desires 🔥

In this internal adventure,

A deep letting go is required.

Like a piece of earth enveloping the Being,

Intense is the experience,

At first sight,

Real,

Of the sensation of the tool cutting,

Little by little.

In this archaeological dig,

We study the concepts,

Destroys the conscious and unconscious attachments

To understand.

One notices that nothing changing can be real,

Memory, imagination, emotions, reactions, actions, words, people, visuals, sensations, body, thoughts ...

By questioning our beliefs,

Even the most noble ones,

We ask ourselves: is there a constant?
