I AM

"I AM" The subject of this "animated painting" blends perfectly with the themes treated throughout the blog. It is about asking the famous question: Who am I?

The concepts and uses of words have been influenced by the book I AM THAT by Nisgaradatta Maharaj.

Let's talk about this book....

On second thought, let's not talk about it. I'm going to follow the mind set you need to take to soak up the book and tell you to trust me and go read it right away.

Tip for a great read:

- Allow yourself to believe everything it says, to melt into the book as if you were the Maharaj (M) answering the questions (Q). Let his words become your reality just for the time of reading the book.

It's dead. He's talking bullshit, I don't believe it at all. Like this is bullshit and this is bullshit and I think this is bullshit and this is, in my opinion, perverted.

Chill. Play the game. The opinions you have won't change if that's what you want to believe. So you can tell them to take a break from reading the book and come back to them when you're done. Aren't you curious? Live the experience to the fullest! What better way to get a total immersion!

Well, let's get back to our strawberries (oops, kiwi rather, considering the season):

- every time you notice a loss of concentration, re-calculate on your breathing and start again with this rhythmic reading (very important tip!!).

- And finally, you don't need to read it all at once. Read it little by little, that's what I did =) When I stopped the book, all the moments that followed were timed to the breath and to come back to it I remembered "I am" and poom re-call with the breath.

I don't know if I am clear :')

Tender affection on you,

Thanks
